Modern Contracting was founded in Casablanca-Morocco in January 2004 as a Moroccan limited liability company in the field of building construction. It is the sister company of Itifaq General Contracting in Amman-Jordan, and Murad Construction in Algeria as well as a part of Murad Group specialized in Building Construction, Tourism, Computer, and Hospital and Medical Management.

Since establishment Modern Contracting had been engaged with Messrs. ADDOHA GROUP – one of the largest real estate investing companies in Morocco in the construction of many projects in Casablanca and Rabat. During these 6.5 years Modern Contracting had exceeded 360 million U.S.$ turn over in Social, Meduim level, deluxe and high level buildings, villas, and resorts.

Modern Contracting takes great care in advancing and developing its technical, administrative, and project management staff and systems to suit and cope with the volume and types of projects awarded, backed by its previous experience in order to achieve best results in its projects both in time and quality, hence continuing fulfillment of its obligations towards Client, Architects, and Engineering offices.
